Any contravention of the provisions of sections 2, 3, 5, 6, 8 and 14, the second paragraph of section 17, sections 27.1 to 32, 36, 38 and 40 to 43, the first paragraph of section 44, sections 45 to 49, the first and second paragraphs of section 50, section 51, the first paragraph of section 52, the first paragraph of section 53, section 54, the second paragraph of section 55, sections 59, 60, 63, 65, 66, 69 to 72, the fourth and fifth paragraphs of section 74.2, sections 74.4, 74.7 and the first paragraph of section 74.8 constitutes an offence punishable by the fine provided for in section 115 of the Act.
